On Thursday 21 June, FSG Australia announced the organisation would enter voluntary administration from 30 June this year, after more than 35 years of providing support to people from all walks of life on the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales (down to Ballina).
Today, Monday 25 June, CPL – Choice, Passion, Life (formerly the Cerebral Palsy League) announced it has formed an independent partnership with FSG Australia to provide certainty of service to their 1,000 customers receiving disability support services, and continuity of employment to many FSG staff.

We understand that you may have a lot of questions about this process and at this stage, we don’t have all the answers. But we will be updating this page regularly, as soon as we have more detail for you.

Do I have a choice in who my provider is?
To ensure that you are not without care/support, CPL has been allocated to you for now. Over the next few weeks, we will discuss your support options with you. We hope you would like to stay with CPL, but if not, we will support you to access a new service provider of your choice.
Information for FSG employees
I am really keen to work for CPL. How do I make this known and who do I contact?
There are multiple ways to do this. Please be advised that there will be roles advertised on the CPL careers page over the coming days. In addition, you should keep in touch with your current manager.
