Our Garden Crew specialises in commercial garden maintenance and landscaping, as well as handyman services and minor property maintenance.
Our Retail Market Crew works at community markets to sell handmade wares from local creatives and learn skills like customer service, sales, business basics and networking.
Boost your skills
By joining our crews, you can learn new skills, meet people and provide quality services to local businesses. You’ll also have access to traineeships including Certificate I and II in Landscaping or Certificate I or II in Business. Each crew has a skilled support worker to guide you through your daily tasks or traineeship.
How can I join a crew?
If you have funding on your NDIS plan that aligns to the “Finding and Keeping a Job” line item or it mentions School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), you’ll be eligible to join a Mylestones Solutions work crew. If you don’t have this type of funding that’s okay, we’d still love to hear from you. It can be confusing trying to navigate different kinds of funding so get in touch and we’ll work together to discuss your options.
