CPL has created some new roles, specifically for FSG employees. These roles are only open to FSG employees and will not be available to external applicants at this time. 

Every employee of FSG is eligible to apply. If you see a role that you think is a good match for your expertise, you should apply regardless of any other employment offer you may have from CPL.

  • Fixed term 12 month contract, full time role, based in Brisbane or Gold Coast
  • Salary: Level 7
  • Role involves overall management of YLYC customers of both FSG and CPL My Life consultancy, including supervision of staff and quality service delivery.
  • Fixed term 12 month contract, full time role, based in Brisbane or Gold Coast
  • Salary: Level 7
  • Role involves overall management of the HASP/RSP service, including supervision of staff and quality service delivery.
  • Three permanent roles, two full time and one part time, based in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
  • Salary: Level 5
  • Role involves coordinating the supports and customer service for an allocated caseload of customers and the supervision and support of support workers (DSE’s).
  • Full time permanent role, based in Ballina.
  • Salary: Level 5
  • Role involves coordinating the supports and customer service for an allocated caseload of customers and the supervision and support of support workers (DSE’s).
  • Full time permanent role, based on Gold Coast.
  • Salary: Level 4
  • Role involves coordinating the supports and customer service for an allocated caseload of customers and the supervision and support of support workers (DSE’s).
  • Two full time permanent roles available, one based in Southport and one based in Coomera.
  • Salary: Level 5
  • Provide support to customers and service delivery teams by delivering NDIS pre planning, service proposals, quoting and information to NDIS and FFS customers.
  • Two fixed term 12 month contracts available, full time role, one based in Nerang and one based in Beenleigh.
  • Salary: Level 5
  • Provide support to customers and service delivery teams by delivering NDIS pre planning, service proposals, quoting and information to NDIS and FFS customers.
  • Full time permanent role, based in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
  • Salary: Level 5
  • Assist customers to access employment programs.
  • Full time permanent role, based in Brisbane.
  • Salary: Admin Level 2
  • Provide basic administration support to the NDIS Transformation team
  • Full time permanent role, based in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
  • Salary: Admin Level 4
  • Provide high level of administration support and coordination to service teams as part of a centralised NDIS Portal Claims Team.
  • Two full time permanent roles available, one based in Browns Plains and one based in Southport.
  • Salary: Level 3
  • Provide high level customer services and administration support to the CPL Services team.
  • Two fixed term 12 month contracts available, full time role, one based in Brisbane and one based Gold Coast.
  • Salary: Level 4
  • Provide support coordination service to customers utilising CPL’s My Life Consultancy to coordinate NDIS plan utilisation.
  • Fixed term 12 month contract, full time role, various locations across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
  • Salary: Level 7
  • Provide operational services support to the Regional Manager, including inducting previous FSG customers and employees to CPL.
