What hardware and software do students need to use the online system?
Do I need a broadband connection?
The only hardware requirement is a computer connected to the Internet. All Internet browsers and devices (including tablets) can be used to access the online system. Some activities require the student to upload a file in response to a question. These files can be created in any application like Word, Excel, or other similar tools.
The short answer is ‘No’. We have optimised all images and animations in the system so that their file size is minimised, and the system is functional with a dial-up internet connection. That being said, as is the case with all browsing of the internet, the faster your connection the better.
Can I print out the training modules?
No, you cannot print the resource content. The resources are presented in an interactive animated format designed for online viewing only. There are some resources provided in PDF format for you to print and keep and you may print the assessment activities in order to submit them if necessary.
How long do you maintain a student’s completed resources on the system?
Student records are kept indefinitely.

this will provide step-by-step prompts and screen shots to demonstrate all functionality that a student will need to effectively use the system and resources.
I have lost my password what do I do?
Go to your online system and under the login panel it says ‘(Forgot your password?)’. Click on this and then enter your ‘Login’ into the appropriate area. This will then send a new password to your email address. You can then change this password once you have logged in under ‘Edit Details’.
