Karen is a senior leader and experienced non-executive director. Karen has more than 25 years’ executive experience in marketing, product and financial management, operations, risk management, strategy, and business planning. Her extensive governance experience has been developed through management committee roles and as a non-executive director.
Karen is a solution focussed, strategic thinker who has led large scale transformation programs both as an executive leader and as a non-executive director. She has a proven track record in leading change and technology-enabled business improvement, drawing on her skills in stakeholder engagement, communication and risk management.
Karen is active in diversity and inclusion initiatives and, as a person with disability, provides lived-experience insights on contemporary workplace and governance issues.
Karen has a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
