There are two outdoor areas including a covered BBQ area in which you can spend time with loved ones, or a decked patio at the rear of the property to enjoy some time in nature.
This property also features a video monitored security panel with speakers and a covered double carport.
Nearby facilities include local shops, cafes and parks, and a quick 5-minute drive to Brown’s Plains Shopping Centre.
We currently have three available bedrooms in our Hillcrest properties, all of which are suitable for female and male occupants.
