Will I have to start from scratch?
Not at all. If things are working well for you, we’ll do our best to help you keep them that way.
Our team will work with you and your previous provider (if possible) to keep your routines in place, maintain continuity of care, familiar faces and support a handover that feels seamless.

Independent living
Looking to live more independently? We can discuss your home and living preferences, helping you choose what’s right for you. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan for in-home support, which might include assistance with domestic chores, meal preparation, personal care, and overnight support.
Community engagement
We’re here to support you in doing what matters most—whether that’s attending events, enjoying activities you love, catching up with family, or simply getting the shopping done. Our support is available whenever you need it, helping you live the life you want.
Creative, recreation & life skills activities
Interested in meeting new people and trying new things? Our activities, available both at our centres and out in the community, are a great way to get started. There’s something for everyone. Maybe this month you’ll cook something delicious, and next month you might try surfing. You have the flexibility to join in whenever you like. Shake up your routine each month or spend more time mastering a skill—it’s all up to you.
Employment
Employment is about more than just a job. It’s about pride, achievement, and the independence that comes from earning your own money. We can support you in finding, applying for, securing, and retaining employment through our various employment pathways. We’ll work closely with you to understand your interests and goals, providing the skills and tools you need to chase your dream.

Can I change my NDIS provider anytime?
Yes, you can. Your NDIS plan is yours, and you have the right to choose a provider that suits your needs.
Is switching providers complicated?
Not with CPL. We make the process simple, guiding you step by step and helping with any paperwork or coordination.
Will there be a gap in my supports if I change?
No. We work with you to ensure your services continue without interruption.
Can CPL help with multiple types of support?
Yes. We provide a wide range of services, including in-home support, Supported Independent Living, community access, creative and recreational activities and supported employment.
Do I have to tell my current provider
We can help you or your Support Coordinator with our team guiding you through a respectful transition, including how and when you would like to notify your current provider.
What happens after I switch?
We’ll take time to understand what you need and design your supports around your goals and lifestyle. You stay in control.
Can I keep my support team?
We understand how important continuity of care is. CPL is open to discussing the possibility of welcoming your existing support team, where appropriate, to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. You can learn more about this process by following this link.
