Implementing your NDIS plan

You can choose who you want to help you implement your NDIS plan – this could be your service provider, a Local Area Coordinator (LAC), a plan support coordinator or a family member or friend.

You also have complete control over who provides your supports and services. The person you have picked to assist you will arrange a meeting with the service providers you’re interested in working with. This could be a different provider for each part of your plan if you wish.

Getting in touch with service providers

When you get in touch with different service providers, you will discuss what’s in your NDIS plan, your goals and how the provider can support you.

Based on your discussion the service provider will deliver a quote and, if you are happy with their offering, you will be asked to sign a Service Agreement form and your services will resume, paid for with your NDIS budget.
