How switching works
Switching NDIS providers is easier than you might think.
Here’s how we make it simple:
1. Talk to us
We listen and learn about your current services and what you want. You can talk to us by emailing us on welcome@cpl.org.au, calling us on 1800 275 753 or filling out an enquiry form.
2. Get the support you need
We guide you through your options and help design the supports you need.
3. We'll take care of the rest
We can support you to notify your current provider and set up your new services with minimal disruption.
CPL has a range of service options including:
Independent living
Looking to live more independently? We can discuss your home and living preferences, helping you choose what’s right for you. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan for in-home support, which might include assistance with domestic chores, meal preparation, personal care, and overnight support.
Community engagement
We’re here to support you in doing what matters most—whether that’s attending events, enjoying activities you love, catching up with family, or simply getting the shopping done. Our support is available whenever you need it, helping you live the life you want.
Creative, recreation & life skills activities
Interested in meeting new people and trying new things? Our activities, available both at our centres and out in the community, are a great way to get started. There’s something for everyone. Maybe this month you’ll cook something delicious, and next month you might try surfing. You have the flexibility to join in whenever you like. Shake up your routine each month or spend more time mastering a skill—it’s all up to you.

Can CPL help with multiple types of support?

Do I have to tell my current provider?
We can help you or your Support Coordinator with our team guiding you through a respectful transition, including how and when you would like to notify your current provider.
What happens after I switch?
We’ll take time to understand what you need and design your supports around your goals and lifestyle. You stay in control.
Can I keep my support team?
